The bedroom is approximately 13 m², with a sliding-door wardrobe and enough space for a home-office area. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a combined washing machine and dryer. We are renting out the apartment because we currently live and work in the United States. We are therefore looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of our home during the rental period. The apartment is located on the second floor of a three-story building, with good public transport connections and convenient cycling distance to central Lund and Lund University. The security deposit is two months' rent.
