I’m renting out one bedroom in my 3-room apartment (total area: 44 m²). The available bedroom is about 9 m² — please see the floor plan for details. The shared areas (kitchen, living room, and bathroom) are fully furnished, while the bedroom itself is partly furnished. However, I’m happy to share the cost if you’d like to buy some additional furniture together. I’m a PhD student at KI Huddinge, so student tenants are preferred. The rent includes internet and cold water, while electricity and hot water will normally be split based on actual usage. **From December 2026 to February 2027, I will be away for an internship, so during these three months you will have the entire apartment to yourself. During this period, you would also be responsible for the full electricity and hot-water usage costs rather than splitting them with me.** The location is very convenient — it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Flemingsberg Station, where you’ll also find supermarkets, and around 10 minutes to Flemingsberg Centrum, which has a gym and other amenities. For KI students, the location is particularly convenient: the nearest KI building and KI gym are only about a 3-minute walk away.
