Jag och min sambo lägger ut en intressekoll om någon är intresserad av att hyra vår rymliga 2a, ca 71 kvadrat delvis möblerad. Passar perfekt för ett par, för dig som pluggar, eller flyttar hemifrån. Du som hyr ska vara lugn och skötsam, rökfri, utan betalnings-anmärkelser. Du bor på ett lugnt område nära till skog och mark, du är granne med mesta dels pensionärer. Några minuters promenad till coop, samt busshållplats men bra bussförbindelser som tar dig till centrum. Lägenheten är rymlig och ljus, fräscht badrum samt kök, samt inglasad balkong. Enda som ”behövs” är egentligen nya tapeter men inget som vi har prioriterat. Djur är tillåtet, dvs om det är rumsrena och inte för mycket oväsen. Hyra inklusive allt så som el,varmvatten,hyra parkeringsgaragem samet förråd ligger på ca 8500kr/månad. Förskottsbetalning och kontrakt kommer skrivas.
