The apartment has a good kitchen with dishwasher. Your private room is 15 m² and comes furnished with a 120 cm bed, desk, armchair, lockable cabinet, TV, printer and more. There are also tree wardrobes for clothes and storage. Basement storage and bicycle storage are available.
A bicycle is included and is yours to use during your stay. The room is fully furnished and ready to move into. Bed linen and towels are also included. Perfect for the new student, researcher or commuter that are new in town.
I am a calm, orderly 39-year-old man with experience of shared living. My part of the apartment is separated from the rest of the apartment. I may also be away from home from time to time.
This place is well suited for someone who wants peace and quiet, and a good environment for focusing on studies, work and recovery.
Rent: 6,300 SEK/month, including everything: broadband, heating, electricity, bicycle use, etc.
Notice period: 4 weeks.
No pets and no smoking. Weekly commuters are welcome.

Hyr ut ett stort rum i mysig nyrenoverad 2:a på 64 kvadrat+balkong i populära T1. Lägenheten ligger högst upp (hiss finns) med trevlig utsikt från balkongen. Tyst och lugnt hus i ett mycket tryggt område. Bästa möjliga läge, 3 min till sjukhuset (Campus US) och 8 minuter till centrum eller Campus Valla med cykel. Matbutik, busshållplats och parkeringshus runt knuten. Bra kök med diskmaskin.
Du har ett rum på 15 kvadrat med 120-säng, skrivbord, fåtölj, byrå med lås, TV, skrivare mm. Tre garderober för kläder och förvaring. Källarförråd + cykelförråd finns. En cykel ingår som är din att använda under tiden du bor här. Möblerat och klart, även sängkläder och handukar ingår.
Jag är lugn 39-årig man, med vana att bo kollektivt. Min del är avskärmad från resten av lägenheten. Kommer ev. vara bortrest ibland.
Passar dig som vill ha lugn och ro och kunna fokusera på studier/arbete och återhämtning. Allt man behöver om man är helt ny student/forskare/pendlare och inte har något med sig.
