SHARED TERRACE APARTMENT IN STOCKHOLM
A furnished room (pictures no. 8 - 12) plus common spaces will be rented out from July 20, 2026, to a calm, non-smoking, clean, caring and well-behaved lady with a decent economy. Must be confirmed. This is a 5-piece apartment in central Stockholm distributed on 118 m² with excellent means of communication in all directions.
The renting fee amounts to 10 300 SEK (or 952 EUR) and also includes all other shared and furnished living spaces of some 80 m² including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, extra toilet, bicycle room, broadband connection (+ free wifi), cleaning of common spaces and other free services such as soaps, toilet and household paper, dish powder. Cost of electricity also included in the renting fee as well as sheets and towels.
Contract will be written with one month notice for both parties, which means that one (1) month’s rent will be paid from the day tenant announces to move out, and also is entitled to stay one month from the day in case the landlord should decide to breach the contract.
The contract will be written directly between landlord and tenant, and not through Qasa’s internal service.
Please notice that the apartment will be shared between me, the landlord, and yourself. Only female tenant. And only one (1) person will be able to rent.

APPARTAMENTO TERRAZZO CONDIVISO A SÖDERMALM
Una camera ammobiliata (vedi le ultime quattro foto) + tutte le aree comuni vengono affittate dal 20 luglio, 2026 a una donna tranquilla, ordinata e pulita, non fumatrice e con finanze organizzate. Deve essere confermato.
L'affitto ammonta di 10 300 SEK e include anche tutti gli altri spazi abitativi condivisi e arredati di circa 80 m², tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice, bagno, toilette extra, deposito biciclette, connessione a banda larga (+ wifi gratuito), pulizia delle aree comuni e altri servizi gratuiti come saponi, carta igienica e per la casa, detersivo, spesa dell'elettricità inclusi nell'affitto. Asciugamani e lenzuola sono anche inclusi.
Il contratto verrà scritto con un preavviso di un mese per entrambe le parti, il che significa che un (1) mese di affitto verrà pagato dal giorno in cui l'inquilino annuncia di andarsene, e ha anche il diritto di rimanere per un mese dal giorno in cui il locatore dovesse decidere di violare il contratto.
In oltre il contratto sarà scritto direttamente tra locatore e inquilino, e non tramite il servizio interno di Qasa.
Solo l'inquilina femminile può affittare, UNA (1) persona. Nota bene che NON si tratta di affittare un intero appartamento, quindi è un alloggio condiviso tra me (proprietario) e te. Grazie per la tua comprezione.
