Renting out my charming little studio apartment as I am out on a long sailing trip and the apartment will be empty. The rental period is until further notice, with the possibility to extend or take over the first hand contract from my current landlords depending on how long my sailing trip takes. Situated in an old villa in Storängen which doubles as a bed and breakfast.
