Welcome to a cozy villa in beautiful Hjärup, perfectly located between Lund and Malmö. I offer 3 funitured private rooms in a modern house with a shared kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and a peaceful garden. Water, community fee, kitchen stuff, Internet are included in the rent. the price for each room is 5000kr, 5800 kr and 6500kr each depends on the space of each room. Electricity and TV are not included in the rent. We warmly welcome responsible, non-smoking, pet-free guests. It is 300 m to the train station, takes 5 min to Lund and 9 min to Malmö.
