The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 140 cm wide bedding sofa. New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 400 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.
