2nd (Attic) Floor:
From the northeast corner of the main room a wooden staircase leads to the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 rooms, small and large. Suitable for storage, home office, craft/sawing room, children bedrooms etc. (14+20).
Basement:
Basement have a separate external staircase/entrance facing north, plus internal staircase, leading to the northeast corner of the kitchen (19), separated by locked doors on each end, to be used only to access the laundry or the boiler / el. panel rooms. Rest of the basement is not available to tenants. Central heating and hot water is provided by new gas boiler.
The plot's main west entrance (3) leads to a tiled front yard (5), with a smaller grass section in the southwest corner (6) and an elevated small section in the northwest corner (4). Tenants have access to whole plot and all features, excluding the east storage building; and to the 1st and 2nd floors, excluding the basement, with an exception of laundry (if agreed) and the boiler / el. panel rooms.
Location:
Close to Hyllie, Triangeln, Mobilia, walking distance to Willys Hemma and X-Tra. Bus nr. 2 takes 10-12 minutes to Triangeln.
Move in date is preliminary, pending the required time for cleaning and renovation after leaving of current tenants, but shouldn't be more than +/-2 weeks. Pictures of the 2nd floor rooms to be added later. House is being rented due to the current tenants moving out soon. Picture numbers in (brackets).
Minor repair works are planned for the basement area/windows, together with solar panels installation on the extra buildings, might be still ongoing after the move in. Excess electricity free to charge an EV.
