About the apartment: the apartment is new, modern, and has a 4-meter ceiling, which makes it extra spacious and calm. You will have your own furnished room and we will share the bathroom and the living room. The room for you is east-facing, so you will start your day with bright sunlight. The apartment is facilitated with all sorts of home and kitchen appliances, including washing machine and dryer, cleaning robot, air purifier, which you can use all. Normal usage of electricity is included in the price. Wifi as well. There is a green park right by the apartment, and it is within walking distant to a beautiful water side (Pampas marina). It is 2-min walk to bus station Armégatan. It is within 10-min walk to two metro stations, Västra Skogen and Solna Centrum. It takes less than 20 min to reach the city center by metro. There is a grocery store (ICA Nära) and a couple of restaurants and bakeries 1-5 min from the building. The shopping center at Solna Centrum is also within 10-min walk with lots of restaurants, various stores, and a library. About me: I am a female in my early 30s working in tech, who loves sports, nature, science and tech. I am quiet, tidy and communicative. About you: Hope you are a calm and tidy female, preferably students or young expats. Smoking will not be allowed in the apartment, as well as pets (even though I like cats).
