1-3 bedrooms available in a large year-round house in the Stockholm archipelago. A fireplace and sauna for the winter, pool for the summer. Next door to ICA, a padel court, bus (45m to Slussen), and endless trails. Close to the ferry terminal (direct to Sandhamn), the charming neighbourhood cafe, and lots of natural swimming. Large kitchen, living and dining room on the ground floor, another living room, gym, and laundry on the basement level. I work from home and a friend, who will commute into Stockholm on weekdays, will soon move into one of the bedrooms. That leaves up to three bedrooms open, so we are selectively considering roommates to join the house. I’m exploring roommates because a) it’s a lot of house for one person, and b) I may temporarily move back to the US next year, in which case I’d like to leave the house in good hands. Am open to couples, groups, or even renting the whole house to a family - let’s chat and see.
