I am renting out a furnished 10m2 room in a central 3-room 90m² apartment with access to bathroom and kitchen to students for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 5 to 6months, from May 15, 2026. Bus or tram access: 12 minutes to Chalmers with tram 6 or 8 and 7 minutes to Central Station with tram 1 or 3. Broadband and electricity included.
