Renting out my small one room apartment to a single person, on account of moving to Stockholm. Expecting the tenant to be very organized, cleanly, and have their private economy in order. They shall take good care of the apartment. It's rented out furnished (non-negotiable), and the tenant will of course have to cover damages, if there are any, upon leaving. The tenant shall be a non-smoker and have no pets. Guests may visit the apartment, subject to the same rules. It's about 20 minutes from the central station, 15 minutes from Chalmers, and less than 5 minutes from Frölunda Torg (for all your shopping needs). There is a park and forest area nearby, with an outdoor gym, a running trail, and other things. With 5 minutes walk, you get to both a new gym (Nordic Wellness Altplatsen) and a small grocery store (Willys Hemma). It has served me well, since 2018. Great area -- very happy to live there.
