I have a 3-room apartment at Linero and am renting out a 9 m² bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, desk, shelves and a bed included. I am looking for a person that maintains the apartment clean, preferably a woman. Rent includes all utilities : water, electricity, and internet. The remaining rooms are fully furnished and shared: living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is also a storage unit and bicycle racks in the basement and access to two fully equipped laundry rooms.
