Hi I want to rent out a room that is in a apartment so room has his own balcony and the room is not furnished and there is 2 people who lives there I have no problem with smoking or pets but the only demand is that pets allowed but in just your room for example your pet can’t enter in kitchen.if you have any questions feel free to ask them.
