At the ground floor there are two common laundry rooms with dryers and there is also an outdoor roof under which bicycles can be stored. Rent includes water, electricity, heating, Internet and a nice view over Solna.
Rooms are compact but convenient, small but modest, and already furnished with bed, desk, chair and a wardrobe. A basic kit of bed linen and other utensils is also provided. Of course we can use our own but space for storage is limited. Everyone gets their private spot in the common areas where we always clean up after ourselves on a daily basis. Disturbance is minimized so no smoking or pets or noisy loudspeakers. Room door shut means 100% privacy and if busy there is never any obligation to participate in any shared flat activity.
We are mainly looking for long-term tenants (several years) but short-term could also be available but with a higher rent. Feel free to ask.
