Me and my family is going to spend at least one-two more years in Austria, and therefore have our flat (bostadsrättslägenhet) on top floor (with elevator) to offer.
It is located in central Malmö/Gamla Väster, and it takes only 10min to walk to the trainstation 'Centralen'. The two biggest and oldest parks, Kungsparken and Slottsparken are just 2min :)
The rental includes 2 rooms, a large kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with tub on 65sqm. There´s a little extra room behind the kitchen (10sqm, furnished) which is at the moment used as storage. An optional usage af this 3rd room is to be discussed.
The apartment can be rented directly - exact duration to be discussed, preferrably June 2027. The housing association has already approved the subrental. There´s a possibility of extension of the renting period.
The flat is fully furnished, including table ware and kitchen equipment. In the living room there is a Sony 49’’ HD-TV plus 5.1 Denon Surround Sound System with music streaming into all rooms. The laundry room is located in the basement.
Monthly rent is 13.100kr/month including warm water, heating and broadband for 65sqm. Deposit is 1 month rent. In case of renting the 3rd room the rent will be adjusted. Electricity is to be paid separately per use.
No smoking in the flat, and no animals allowed by the housing asssociations.
