Renting out one room in a 4 bedroom flat to preferably female 30+ years of age (I am female myself). Good if you're a team player and you like the place neat and quiet and want share a meal or two together once in awhile. The room itself is quite large with separate wardrobes, we share a living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have a cleaner 2+ times per month that helps out but otherwise we all help out to keep the place livable.
