The house is located at Furulund, Ostersund, which is about 10 minutes driving from the city centre, or 20 minutes cycling. There are also buses going to the city centre within 15 minutes. At Furulund you can find natural environment and hiking/skiing trails nearby. The house is about 122 square metres, with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, and 2 balconies.
