Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. 7 min gång till en väldigt mysig strand vid Gyllebo sjön. Ligger mitt i ett naturreservat med underbara stigar. Väldigt stor tomt som är inhägnad, så att både barn och hundar håller sig inne på tomten. Fräsch stuga med stor uteplats i söderläge. 30 min biltur till allt på Österlen. Mysigt område med grusvägar och underbar natur. Stugan är välskött och ett stort garage finns. Perfekt för den som vill ha en fridfull boende nära till allt. 7 min bilfärd till matbutik. 15 min bilfärd till Simrishamn. 1,5 h bil till Köpenhamn. 1,8 km gång till närmaste busshållplats.
Ny renoverat kök med stor köksö. Fräscht badrum.
Kostnad för el och vatten tillkommer. Beroende på hur mycket du använder men ca 2 500kr/mån. Till sommaren kommer jag hyra ut till sommargäster igen därför kan man endast hyra fram till 2026-06-19. Du betalar 10 000kr i deposition. Jag hyr även ut andra objekt för långtidsuthyrning och kan ge de hyresgästerna som referens. Går endast att hyra 8 feb - 19 juni.
