(English text available below👇) Jag hyr ut min möblerade lägenhet då jag ska jobba utomlands några månader, till slutet av december. Chans för förlängning finns. Centralt läge med närhet till Kronprinsen, kungsparken tvärs över gatan, 2 min till närmsta busshållsplats, och gångavstånd till det mesta i stan. Beskrivning; sekelskifteslägenhet med vacker stuckatur i taket. Lägenheten helrenoverades för ett år och fick då ett nytt kök och badrum. I sovrummet finns en säng som är 140cm bred. Den rymmer 2 pers. Har ingen tv och ingen kaffekokare i lägenheten. Vindsförråd finns men där finns väldigt lite plats. Bredband och el ingår i hyran. There may be an option to extend the rental period. The apartment is centrally located, close to Kronprinsen, with Kungsparken just across the street. The nearest bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away, and most places in the city centre are within walking distance. About the apartment: A charming turn-of-the-century apartment with beautiful original ceiling mouldings. The apartment was fully renovated one year ago, including a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a 140 cm wide bed, suitable for two people. Please note that there is no TV or coffee maker in the apartment. There is also access to an attic storage unit, although storage space is very limited. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent.
