I’m renting out a fully furnished room in my apartment in Johanneberg / Södra Guldheden – right next to Chalmers University, with excellent connections to Sahlgrenska, the School of Business and other university areas. Gym and beautiful green spaces are just around the corner.
The room is ideal for a student (international students are very welcome) or someone coming to Gothenburg for studies, research or an internship. Minimum rental period is one semester, available from mid ör end of August 2026.
You will rent a furnished room in my private apartment, where I live on my own. We share the kitchen and bathroom in a calm and respectful living arrangement, where consideration for each other is a natural part of everyday life.
I have more than 16 years of experience renting out a room and value clarity, structure and a smooth everyday life. Excellent references from previous tenants are available upon request.
I’m a social and communicative person who appreciates a calm home, structure and a well-functioning everyday life – and I strongly believe in clarity and mutual respect.
Rent (6,400 SEK/month) includes:
– Furnished room
– Electricity, heating, water & high-speed WiFi
– Bed linen & towels
– Fully equipped kitchen
– Basic supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid)
– Professional cleaning every 4 weeks (including the room)
Please note: Qasa is used only as an advertising platform. Contract and payments are handled directly between us, meaning the actual rent is 6,400 SEK/month with no additional fees.
