And also a Vårdcentral and Oppna Förskolan 1-minute away by walk. You also have the newly opened Ice Hall, football ground, and a big swim arena right behind the apartment in Tyresövallen. The apartment includes a double balcony facing the west, ample storage, two bathrooms, a very spacious Kitchen, two bedrooms, and a space next to the living room that can be used for your home office, or for the children to have a place to play. We are renting the apartment while we are temporarily away, and we would prefer to rent to those who do not smoke in the apartment. There is no possibility of extending the stay after January. The rental terms will include a refundable deposit of 1 month, and professional cleaning before handing over to you, and professional cleaning before you hand over to us.
