Great location in Södra Sandby available for rent due to work related moving. Our house is very close to the Skrylle naturreservat. It has a nice garden. The living room (first floor), two main bedrooms (second floor) and balcony are facing south, while there is an `uterum' facing west. There are also one bedroom (second floor) and office room (first floor) facing north. There is also a separate storage room in the garden. A heat pump is available for efficient heating in winter. Two bathrooms are available. Indoor parking is included in the rent. Other bills need to be covered by the tenants. The rent can also include basic furniture (e.g. beds, chairs, dining tables) for free if requested. Communications in Swedish or English are appreciated. A minimum renting period of 1 year is required, while an extension to 3 years is possible. Subleasing is not allowed.
