The room is available now and with a continuous contract (no specific end date)! The apartment: ▪️Very cozy room, fully furnished! (bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage space) (The couch and coffee table on the pictures belong to my previous roommate.) If you have furniture you would like to bring, that’s fine too. ▪️Fully tiled, nice bathroom ▪️Spacious kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need. ▪️Balcony ▪️WIFI, electricity, heat, and everything else included. Location: ▪️Blekingevägen 5C, Lund ▪️Very calm area, just south of Stadsparken (the city park) ▪️3min to supermarket by bike ▪️7min from Lund C by bike ▪️7-15 min to most university faculties by bike ▪️Two bus stations just 30meters away The contract: ▪️Rent is 4900kr/month, with one months rent as deposit. ▪️Continuous contract, so no specific end date in the contract. ▪️Ideally long term rental, but short term can be considered.
