Beautiful three floor house close to Umea University. The house has four rooms, and the renting room is at the top floor. The bathroom is shared and so is the kitchen. The are washing and drying machines at the basement. The house has a cleaning lady every other week. There are two fireplaces and a hobby room with a projector. The rent includes water, electricity, rubbish and internet. I am looking for a female student that needs a room in Umea.
