I am currently living abroad and offering my beautifully renovated 3.5-room apartment for rent. Located on the second floor in the peaceful neighborhood of Kviberg, Gothenburg, the apartment is fully furnished with modern, elegant furniture and covers a total of 89 sqm. It includes a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with all essentials and a large balcony featuring a comfortable seating area. The building has an elevator, and the laundry room is conveniently located indoors.
I am renting out two of the rooms. The third room will remain locked as it contains my personal belongings, and I may need occasional access during brief visits to Sweden.
The apartment is well-suited for:
- Two friends, as the available bedrooms are well-separated to ensure privacy.
- A couple or a small family, preferably without children or pets.
- One person, with the option to rent just a single room at a slightly reduced rent.
👉 Important: Since I am currently living abroad, I kindly request an online meeting first to get to know the people who intend to live in the apartment. After this step, a viewing can be arranged through a trusted friend in Gothenburg who has access to the apartment.
Please note: The rental process includes an approval step by the housing association (bostadsförening) before the contract can be finalized, so please allow some extra time for this.
The apartment is available immediately, with a minimum lease of one year and a two-month deposit required. Rent will be based on market rates and the rental arrangement (one or two rooms).

Jag bor för närvarande utomlands och hyr ut min nyrenoverade 3,5-rumslägenhet i Kviberg, Göteborg. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen i ett lugnt område, är fullt möblerad med modern och stilren inredning, och har en total yta på 89 kvm. Den har ett rymligt, välutrustat kök med alla nödvändigheter samt en stor balkong med en trevlig sittgrupp. Det finns hiss i byggnaden och tvättstugan ligger bekvämt inomhus.
Jag hyr ut två av rummen. Det tredje rummet kommer att förbli låst då det innehåller mina personliga tillhörigheter. Jag kan behöva tillgång till detta rum vid korta besök i Sverige.
Lägenheten passar bra för:
- Två vänner, eftersom sovrummen är åtskilda och ger god integritet.
- Ett par eller en liten familj, helst utan barn eller husdjur.
- En person, med möjlighet att hyra endast ett rum till en något lägre hyra.
👉 Viktigt: Eftersom jag för närvarande bor utomlands ber jag om ett online‑möte först för att lära känna de personer som avser att bo i lägenheten. Efter detta steg kan en visning ordnas genom en betrodd vän i Göteborg som har tillgång till lägenheten.
Observera: Hyresgästen måste godkännas av bostadsföreningen innan ett formellt kontrakt kan skrivas, så processen kan ta lite extra tid.
Lägenheten är tillgänglig omedelbart, med minst ett års hyresperiod och två månaders deposition. Hyran baseras på marknadsvärde och upplägg (ett eller två rum).
