The apartment is big with two large bedrooms ideal for two individuals or a family. There is some renovations for the bathroom and kitchen planned later than a year, so open for short or long term rentals. The living room is painted white now, the current tenant is moving out Sept 30th. Rent includes utilities. I am renting the apartment because I have moved to Spain for work.
